Voluntary Participation: I understand that participation in salsa dancing and related activities is voluntary and involves physical movement that carries inherent risks of injury.
Health & Safety Acknowledgment: I confirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in this activity. I agree to stop and seek assistance if I feel any discomfort, pain, or health issues arise during the event.
Assumption of Risk: I understand and accept all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and other potential injuries.
Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless The Social Circle, Brightway Solutions, LLC, event organizers, volunteers, and venue staff from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Personal Belongings: I am responsible for my personal belongings and understand that the event hosts are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
Photography & Media Release: I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used without compensation.
COVID-19 or Health Guidelines: I agree to follow any health or safety guidelines in place, including sanitization, social distancing, or mask use if required.
